  1. Here are a few things to know about Realtors who post here....

! - They seem to always post to a close archive. This will certainly get your post deleted. I get a message about every post made to this Blog.

2 - Most Realtors who post here seem to be gutless fools who cannot list their name, company, or state. In almost every case they post as 'Anonymous.'

3 - This country would be so much better off if you asshole Realtors all went back to flipping burgers for a living because you are responsible for the housing crisis in America today. Take your 6% commission and stuff it.

    Jack,

Finally a great blog on real estate who is not shy of telling it like it is and bringing terrible brokers and agents to be exposed. Here's a few scum brokers and real estate agents to be exposed that did me and some people wrong in so many ways:
Jerry Rags- R.E. Agent in San Francisco- Purposly sold a piece of crap house to my neighbors 81 year old grandmother and convinced her she did not need anyone to help her with the paper work.

Lisa Bontella, Alameda,CA Terrible real estate agent.

Antonia Giaouris- Terrible Broker bad ethics in dealing with commercial real estate.

Real Estate and brokers, lenders are becoming more greedy than ever and they don't care about the people they are cheating who make an honest living.

Keep up the good work Jack I really like your last post.

  4. Great blog Jack. Thanks for letting people express their experiences with bad or non trusting real estate agents and brokers. They need to be exposed.

  5. I have heard of A. Giaouris a person mentioned in one of the comments. I agree with the posters comments. Here is one for your blog Jack. According to one of Ms. Giaouris own clients Ms. Giaouris and her partner have a picture with the ex-democratic first lady that they paid for at a polital event, they posted it to their website claiming political affiliation as if to make people think they are friends with the ex-first lady when they are actually not at all. Pathetic when you think about it.Did they not remember they had to pay for a picture? They are deceiving their potential cliental into thinking they are buddies with someone they are not, bad tactic if you ask me.
I have a picture of myself with a ex- president because of a political event I went to that my company made me go and they paid my $2,500 ticket along with that was a picture op. My boss wanted to do the same thing for our company and I refused to put the picture on because he wanted to make it seem we had some sort of political connection and people are gullible to believe it. These real estate, broker, loan and investment companies stoop as low as they can go to get a customer its pathetic. Save the fake celebrity ops for Myspace or Facebook.
