As a Broker, I am amazed that there aren't more blogs like yours around: the level of incompetency, arrogance, and dishonesty I have seen in "my" industry is simply amazing.

It is the ignorant bottom-feeders of easy money as created by AIG and your friends in DC. The Realtor and Loan Origination community is just the stupid and greedy also-ran lemmings following the gravy train of high finance.

Now that it's apparent and over, you will see two things happening: 1. not much will change for the better 2. the banks will eventually take over real estate sales, making it even worse.

My local boards (2 of them I belong to) are just as ignorant and incompetent. The industry is a self-eating virus.

I am doing without the BS of the industry. We are sending all of our clients to legal counsel on their transactions, and we make it part of the deal's transaction costs, i.e. take it out of commissions.

Luckily, I can afford the "high'way , because we operate in a niche market. But without it, I'd leave, I can't handle the dumb ignorant Agents anymore...

Thank you Jack for letting America vent on real estate issues, bad brokers, real estate, loan companies etc. and the market.

All Real Estate Brokers and companies are bad, Bo Exception.

There may be a few, very small percentage of realtors, who are ok and hard working, but I have never met one!

The National Association Realtors and their local crony orgs are the worst bunch of con artist in America.

  6. Thanks Laurel Starks in Rancho Cucamonga for:

    1. Stating that you don't accept phone calls during business hours. Who the hell runs a business but can't answer the damn phone?

    2. The underhanded back door deal you just did, using our offer to boost others, you suck!

Consumers speak out and will continue to do so!

  7. Being a Realtor and a Mortgage Professional, I find comments partially true, there are few of us that are concerned about their clients and try to do the right thing. But when does personal resposibilty kick in. Consumer wants to blame the everyone else for their bad judgement. Asking questions and getting different opinions is what all consumers who find themselves in mortgages they can't afford should have done. I have turn consumers away only for them to go down the street to get into a mortgage they can't afford, they don't want to here the truth, they just want what they can't have an over priced home. They went shopping with big eyes and little pockets. It is not all the realtor, banks fault i.e. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
